Refunds and remakes

Before we print anything, you receive a digital proof to review. Please check the street name, the coordinates and the spelling carefully, as we print exactly what you approve.

If we get it wrong, we fix it free. If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't match the proof you approved, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll remake and reship it at no charge.

Every piece is made to order from the address you give us, so we don't accept returns for change of mind.

If the proof was approved and your client would like something different, we'll remake the piece at 50% off within 30 days of delivery. You cover half, we cover half.

Damaged in transit: contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging.

Cancellations: if you haven't approved your proof yet, email us and we'll cancel your order and refund it in full. Once a proof is approved, production begins and the order can't be cancelled.

Rush orders: the rush fee covers a reserved production slot and overnight shipping. It isn't refundable once your proof has been sent, though the remake terms above still apply.

European Union: EU customers have a 14-day right to cancel most online orders. However, this right does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalized, which includes every piece we make, as each one is printed with the address you give us. Your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or does not match the proof you approved are unaffected, and the remake terms above still apply.
