Thank you for shopping with Bungalow B Studio. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing

Every piece is made to order, so we don't ship on a fixed processing schedule.

You receive a digital proof by email within 2 business days of ordering. Once you approve it, your piece is made and shipped within 3–7 business days. Standard shipping is free.

Rush orders ($75) get a proof within 1 business day, 1–2 business days to make, then overnight shipping — about 3 to 4 days door to door, not next day.

Orders placed after noon, at weekends or on holidays begin the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no exceptions.

Rush — $75. Rush buys speed through the whole process, not just the post: a proof within 1 business day, 1–2 business days to make your piece once you approve it, then overnight shipping. That's about 3 to 4 days door to door, not next day. Choose it at checkout.

We ship within the United States. If you need a piece sent elsewhere, email John@bungalowBstudio.com before ordering and we'll tell you what's possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to United States.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, and customs delays. Any applicable charges collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Before you approve your proof: tell us and we'll change any detail, or cancel your order and refund it in full.

After you approve your proof: production begins and the order can't be changed or cancelled.

Rush fees aren't refundable once your proof has been sent. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match the proof you approved, see our Refund policy — we remake it at no charge.
